–         Oversee and direct private, high-end construction projects from concept to completion, focusing on construction quality, schedule and budget.

–         Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions

–         Coordinate project activities, construction teams and subcontractors

–         Review work progress on a daily basis to schedule deliverables

–         Resolve problems on site

–         Track and review work progress on a daily basis, keep timetable and update schedule

Minimum qualifications:

–         5+ year experience in construction site supervision of high quality private projects

–         BS degree in architecture, engineering or related field

–         Technical understanding of architectural and construction drawings/methods/details

–         Excellent coordination and time management skills

–         Knowledge of AutoCad

–         Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

–         Good knowledge of Greek and English language

–         Driver’s License
