MELKA, a company based in Athens, Greece, was founded in 1990 by Emmanuel Zarakovitis, Civil Engineer (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), and Konstantinos Kaskarelis, Architect (Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne – EPFL).
