We are currently looking for a Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct high-end construction projects from concept to completion
• Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Track and review work progress on a daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports
• Resolve any problems on site
• Site visits outside of Athens may be required

Minimum qualifications:

• 2 year experience in architecture, engineering or related field
• BS degree in architecture, engineering or related field
• Knowledge of AutoCad
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Leadership skills
• Ability to organize worksites
• Ability to compile analytical reports
• Advanced understanding of architectural and construction drawings
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language
• Excellent coordination and time management skills
• Drivers License & flexibility of location
