Full renovation of a seafront residence in Kavouri. The summer residence was completely renovated to suit the contemporary lifestyle and needs, using materials inspired by the beach, the sea and the maritime environment. The limited space is maximized by creating a completely open living space on the ground floor, to provide the stunning sea view from the first step into the house. Everything is designed with smart space utilisation, with concealed storage spaces taking advantage of all the available floor area – and even more. Custom designed furniture and concealed indirect warm lighting complement the architecture and unify the design aesthetic.
